At a basic level, you will not find a more structured, more formative beginning than our Tōukon One membership.

16-18 years

BEGINNER – INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Four weeks for £70

Course starts on 06 January 2026

Tues & Thurs 7-8pm

*includes free BJJ gi and white belt

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

Class or Open Mat drop-in session for £10

*sub must be paid before each session by bank transfer or cash
